Gerardo was very thorough and helpful. He kept me informed on when he would be at my house and made sure I was comfortable with the repairs he made. I had the same issue “fixed” by another company a month prior so he explained why the issue was still happening. Unique repairs was easy to set up an appointment with and sent reminders through text so I was not getting a ton of reminder calls.
